Deposit And Payment

 

1) The deposit of 50% payment is due upon booking of service(s) and is non-refundable. The deposit of 50% payment secures your session date and current pricing. The balance 50% payment of service(s) package is due once your session ends.

2) Refunds will be given in extreme cases and are at the discretion of Nine Yards Pictures Pte. Ltd..

3) Additional $100 will be charged for shoots in Sentosa.

4) For oversea assignments, client shall absorb air-ticket, lodging, and additional required expenses not stated here, where additional required expenses are to be discuss during consultation with Nine Yards Pictures Pte. Ltd..

 

Cancellation/Reschedule

 

1) Any rescheduling has do be done 5 days before session commence or the deposit will be forfeited since your session booking date and time has been reserved and held preventing other client(s) from booking that slot.

2) In the event of an illness, please call us as soon as possible to reschedule.

3) Nine Yards Pictures Pte. Ltd. maintains the right to reschedule if required due to inclement weather, illness, emergency, equipment malfunction or circumstances beyond our control.

 

Re-Shoots / Refunds

 

1) Re-shoots are determined at the discretion of Nine Yards Pictures Pte. Ltd..

2) Re-shoots and refunds will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up, hair, weather related issues, or by not following the recommendations of Nine Yards Pictures Pte. Ltd..

 

Deliverables

 

1) Nine Yards Pictures Pte. Ltd. will select and deliver the best naturally edited photo(s) and video(s) to be given in softcopy via a download link or thumb-drive.

2) Number of naturally edited photos given depends on the day, the number of naturally edited photos shown on our website is an approximate number. Nine Yards Pictures Pte. Ltd. promise quality not quantity. Nine Yards Pictures will not hold back the number of good edited photos given to you.

3) Footage of edited videos given depends on the condition on the day of the video production, such as inclement weather, casts, models, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control.

4) No raw, unedited, working files of photo(s), video(s) and designing process elements will be given and returned.

Hair and Make-Up Services

1) Client shall inform Nine Yards Pictures Pte. Ltd. all allergies on medication, hair and make-up products, and all additional required information(s) not stated here, where all additional required information(s) are to be declare during consultation with Nine Yards Pictures Pte. Ltd. upon booking of Hair and Makeup services.

2) Client failure to declare all infomation(s) on allergies and all additional required information(s) under this Contract shall free Nine Yards Pictures Pte. Ltd. from all liabilities incurred during the session, and Nine Yards Pictures Pte. Ltd. shall have no further liability with respect to the contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event of death or on any serious medical attention required due to allergies, or otherwise any other unforeseen circumstances or damaged without fault on the part of Nine Yards Pictures Pte. Ltd..

3) In the event Nine Yards Pictures Pte. Ltd. fails to perform for any other reason, Nine Yards Pictures Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of the client’s order. The client releases Nine Yards Pictures Pte. Ltd. from all liabilities, claims and damages, injury or loss of life that may result from any unlikely events of accidents or incidents that may happen during the session, this includes all cost and expenses incurred as a result of such claims.

 

Copyright Laws/Media Release

 

Nine Yards Pictures Pte. Ltd. retains the copyright on all imagery and reserves the right to use the imagery for advertising, display, publication, or other purposes. The client engaging us warrants that he or she has actual authority to agree to the use of the likeness of all persons included in the imagery in this manner and shall indemnify and defend Nine Yards Pictures Pte. Ltd. in the event of litigation arising out of such use.

 

Failure To Perform/Indemnity

 

In the event Nine Yards Pictures Pte. Ltd. cannot fulfill this Contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other circumstances beyond the control of the parties, or due to illness or emergency, then Nine Yards Pictures Pte. Ltd. shall return any deposit or deposit to the Client after deducting any and all expenses incurred to Nine Yards Pictures Pte. Ltd. but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that deliverables materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of Nine Yards Pictures Pte. Ltd.. In the event Nine Yards Pictures Pte. Ltd. fails to perform for any other reason, Nine Yards Pictures Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of the client’s order. The client releases Nine Yards Pictures Pte. Ltd. from all liabilities, claims and damages, injury or loss of life that may result from any unlikely events of accidents or incidents that may happen during the session, this includes all cost and expenses incurred as a result of such claims.
